See when Multipacks updates your inventory

Multipacks keeps the stock of a multipack and its single items in step. Say you sell a 3-pack and the single item it is made from. When a single sells, Multipacks updates the stock of the 3-pack to match. Shopify records every one of those updates, so you can check when they happened.

How to find them

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Analytics, then Reports.
2. Open Inventory adjustment changes.
3. Set the date range you want to look at.
4. Look for rows where Inventory app name is Multipacks.

Each row shows the day, the variant SKU, the app that made the change, the reason and the net change in stock.

What to expect in the report

• Rows are grouped by day and variant. If Multipacks adds stock and then removes the same amount for one variant on the same day, the changes net to zero and the default report hides that row.
• The reason shows as Manual Adjustment for Multipacks updates.
• The report lists changes from every app and from your staff. Use the app name to pick out Multipacks.
