Getting Started

To get started you’ll need some products. A product that will represent the bundle/multipack and the product(s) that make up the bundle/multipack.

A multipack consists of a single product with multiple quantities eg. a 4-pack of a product. When an order is made for the 4-pack, the inventory levels of the product will be automatically adjusted by 4. When an order is made for the product, the inventory levels of the 4-pack may be adjusted depending on if there is enough inventory to make up the 4-pack. It is possible to have a product that belongs to multiple multipacks ie. in addition to the 4-pack a product can also belong to a 2-pack.

A bundle/kit consists of multiple products each with its own level of quantity that makes up the bundle. eg. a bundle that consists of a tee-shirt and a hat. When an order is made for the bundle the inventory will be adjusted by one for each of the tee-shirt and hat. When an order is made for the tee-shirt or hat, the inventory levels of the bundle may be adjusted depending on if there is enough inventory to make up the bundle.
