Posting orders from multiple Shopify stores into a single Xero file
Post to Xero natively handles and manages posting from multiple Shopify stores into a single Xero file.
All you have to do is have Post to Xero installed on each Shopify store and connect them to the same Xero file. The app will then check if you have another store that is connected to that Xero file and link them together.
Be aware that with multiple Shopify stores are posting to Xero, there may be instances where the order number are the same and Xero doesn't allow invoices that have the same number.
To avoid this, we suggest having a different invoice prefix per Shopify store. You can set this up on the Post to Xero app in the "Setup - Xero" screen.
