Author's image not uploading / saving

If an author's image is not being saved for whatever reason, please ensure that the image fulfils the following Shopify requirements:

Image formats:

• JPEG
• Progressive JPEG
• PNG
• GIF
• HEIC
• WebP
• AVIF

Size limits:

• 20 megapixels
• 20 megabytes
