Use a specific Xero branding theme for synced invoices

Xero branding themes control how an invoice looks when you send or print it: the logo, layout, payment terms wording and so on.

Synced invoices use your Xero organisation's default theme unless we point them at a different one.

How it Works

We set the branding theme the app should apply, and every invoice and credit note it posts uses it from then on. Useful if you have a separate theme for online sales, or one that carries wording your retail invoices shouldn't.

It's one theme for everything the app posts. If you need different themes for different sales channels, tell us and we'll see what's possible.

How to Request Setup

Create the theme in Xero first, under Settings then Invoice settings.

Then email us at help@hyvelabs.co with your shop URL and the theme name exactly as it appears in Xero. Invoices already posted keep the theme they were created with.
