Imported marketplace orders not syncing
Imported orders from marketplace apps may not auto-sync in Hyve because those apps often create the order first and only send a payment event later. Since Hyve syncs based on the order being created and paid, unpaid marketplace orders can be skipped unless you allow unpaid orders to sync.
How to fix it
- Open your Post to Xero by Hyve app settings.
- Go to the Orders Dashboard screen.
- Select Include unpaid orders.

Why this happens
Marketplace apps don’t always create a separate paid event when the order is imported. In those cases, the order may remain unpaid in the app until payment is confirmed, so the sync won’t run unless unpaid orders are included.
What to expect
Once unpaid orders are included, marketplace imports should sync normally even when the payment event is missing or delayed. If an order still does not sync, check that the marketplace connection is active and the order meets your other sync rules.
